Pilates retreats

Focus on toning up and strengthening your core with a Pilates retreat. Pilates is a form of exercise that works on body alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Classes might include work with a band, soft ball or Swiss Ball, and instructors will usually give progressions over the course of the retreat so you stay challenged whatever your level of experience. Doing up to two classes a day on a retreat will give your whole body a boost and many Pilates retreats team the sessions up with other healthy activities or you can simply find a spot for a well deserved rest.
