The raw retreats that form part of our collection are those that focus on educating you about or providing raw food meals. Raw or living food is prepared at up to 42°C to get the most nutritional value out of a dish, and is plant-based with a certain amount of fruit, nuts and seeds. A raw food retreat can be challenging, especially for carnivores, and raw food doesn’t suit every constitution, but it’s one we recommend trying for the natural cleansing effect the meals have and the healthy food education that undoubtedly goes along with it.
