Raw food retreats

Raw, or living food, is prepared at up to 42°C to get the most nutritional value out of a dish and is plant-based with a certain amount of fruit, nuts and seeds. A raw food retreat can be challenging, especially for carnivores, but it’s one we recommend trying for the natural cleansing effect and the food education that undoubtedly goes along with it. Dip a toe in the water on a yoga retreat with raw options or go the whole hog and do a raw vegan retreat and may the force of live enzymes be with you.
