Emotional detox

In their purest form an emotional detox can be intense, deep retreat, but there are also programmes you can do at spa hotels or sessions as part of a detox or yoga retreat that would work towards the same goal; clearing negative energy and calming your emotions. Anger, sadness, frustration, fear, anxiety, jealousy and low self esteem caused by life changes or traumatic events can gnaw away at us and lead to stress or chronic disease, until we dig deeper and deal with the root cause.
