Value Your Mind retreats are run by qualified mental health practitioner and advanced Yoga alliance registered instructor, meditation teacher and therapist Natalie Kealy, who is a kind, helpful, giving and brilliant host who gives everyone space but is there to listen when you need it. You can book 3 and 5 night group wellbeing retreats that mix yoga, walking, journaling and nourishing meals on set dates throughout the year in a variety of locations. Two, back to back, run for 5 days each in June in a Villa in the South of France, and then a number of three day retreats (which usually run from Friday to Sunday) take place during the rest of the year set in various places in the English countryside including Sussex and Dorset.
