The Balanced Life runs five retreats each year in Mallorca and the UK. Its ethos is based on the combination of intelligent movement, mindfulness and natural nutrition. Instructor Jodie McGregor, a professional equestrian who transitioned into the fitness industry as a personal trainer, has combined her passion for nature and the outdoors with her study and knowledge of sports science and nutrition to design wellbeing retreats to help you feel good from the inside out. Join her for 5 night retreats in June, July and September in the foothills of Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains or on a 3-night ‘New Year Reset’ retreat in January at Stow House in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Both retreats focus on natural wholefoods as part of largely plant-based menus, inspired by Jodie’s own published recipe book.
