Taking no more than six guests at a time to ensure intimacy and attention, Bliss Body Retreats run twice monthly throughout the year, except in June and September. Venues are stylish, modern and luxurious, either privately owned homes or ecolodges, in rural or beach locations. All retreats offer an exclusively raw plant-based menu, with no alcohol or caffeine, and cater to people at all stages of their spiritual journey and yoga practice. The yoga offered is taught by retreat host Vlada, and is in the Hatha tradition.
