In a nutshell: Value Your Mind retreats are run by qualified mental health practitioner and advanced Yoga alliance registered instructor, meditation teacher and therapist Natalie Kealy, who is a kind, helpful, giving and brilliant host who gives everyone space but is there to listen when you need it. You can book 3 and 5 night group wellbeing retreats that mix yoga, walking, journaling and nourishing meals on set dates throughout the year in a variety of locations. Two, back to back, run for 5 days each in June in a Villa in the South of France, and then a number of three day retreats.
