Meet Caroline and Stella

Caroline Sylger Jones

Founder & Director

Caroline Sylger Jones is a highly respected travel journalist who has been writing for the international press about spas and retreats for over 20 years. She now writes for The TelegraphThe TimesThe Guardian and magazines such as Psychologies, and is the author of Body & Soul Escapes and Body and Soul Escapes: Britain and Ireland (Footprint). A published poet and committed yoga practitioner, Caroline lives in South Devon with her husband and daughter where between trips she relishes coastal walks, hot baths, novels and lashings of green tea. Stella Photi

Director

Entrepreneur Stella Photi has worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and been running her own award-winning wellness travel agency for over 15. Quite the jet-setter, she has visited over 60 different countries, tried well over 150 different treatments and spoken at major wellbeing events around the world. A mindfulness practitioner, qualified Reiki healer and natural optimist, Stella lives in North London with her husband, son and treasured dog Louis. Her biggest fear is not making most out of life – so much to do in such a short time!
