July 2012: yoga at a baroque villa in Tuscany with Reclaim Your Self
STOP PRESS: Reclaim Your Self have teamed up with one of London’s top yoga teachers, Lisa Sanfilippo, to create a yoga holiday in Tuscany from 22-28 July. Based at a renovated 17th century baroque villa in Benabbio, a quintessentially Italian village nestled in the majestic hills of the Lima valley, you’ll have two yoga classes per day, plus optional morning meditation and an afternoon off mid-week. Classes will be energising and dynamic in the mornings and more grounding/meditative in the afternoons. The villa has ten individually designed bedrooms, a private walled garden, its own olive grove and a pool with mountain views. Between classes the village location lends itself perfectly for some peaceful “you time”, and if you feel like exploring there are several walks around the surrounding hills and forests. The area is famous for its natural thermal spas, so a visit to Bagni Benarbo traditional thermal baths is highly recommended. The historical town of Lucca is 45 minutes away, and Florence is just over an hour away. From £775 for a shared room which includes 6 nights’ accommodation, all your classes and meals. Interested?
