You can choose from all kinds of fitness holidays around the world – from wild fitness in Africa to boot camps in Dubai to taster weight loss weekends in England.  Not sure which type of exercise you should be doing? A fitness break is often an ideal opportunity to try out lots of different types of exercise, and many will coax you into classes and concepts you’d never do at home. If you’ve ever wondered about Zumba, HIIT, circuits, salsa, Pilates, TRX or spinning – this is your chance to have a go. Or give sport a chance – from mountain biking to wild swimming, sea kayaking to volleyball, surfing to Stand Up Paddleboarding, you’re bound to find something that rocks your boat or gets your gears going.

A group fitness holiday (run at specific dates during the year) can be a huge motivator – you’re all in it together and can egg one another on (and compare aching muscles).
