A healthy getaway just for you on Ibiza

Casa Corazon Ibiza outdoorBetween May and October on Ibiza you can enjoy a bespoke 3 or 5 night healthy break alone or with a friend that combines yoga and treatments with other wellbeing activities of your choice. You’ll stay at Casa Corazon, a laid back, bohemian finca surrounded by fields and fruit trees at Santa Getrudis village in the unspoilt north of the island yet not too far from beaches and glam cafés, and be looked after by the expert wellbeing team at Ibiza Retreats.

Choose from three calmingly simple suites with stone floors and sabina wood beamed ceilings. Dine under the stars on organic, nourishing meals. Yoga will encourage you to get out of your head and into your heart through powerful, flow-based, body and heart-opening asanas and meditation – you can opt for live healing music to accompany you by the pool. Ibiza Retreats flow yoga teachers Larah and Susie can give you plenty of personalised attention to help you develop your own practice and style. Casa Corazon Ibiza sunset suite

Other activities can include whatever you like, such as a natural clay-body-scrub in a secret cove after morning meditation, cliff top hikes, horse riding in the Santa Ines Valley and life and wellness coaching. Each stay starts with a wellness consultation, and treatments on offer include reflexology, reiki, holistic massage and cranial sacral therapy.

From £495 for three nights including breakfasts, 3 nights accommodation with organic poolside brunches, 2 dinners beneath the stars, a welcome pack with fresh fruit and healthy snacks, a full-body massage with reiki energy release, 3 yoga sessions (add musician on request!). Extras treatments cost from 65 euros (about £56) and can include a goddess reading beneath the fig trees (reconnect with your feminine spirit), reflexology, cranio-sacral therapy, life and wellness coaching. Horse riding costs from 30 euros (about £26) per hour.
