New boot camp for knackered & floppy mums

Knackered, floppy and worried about your pelvic floor? New You Boot Camp are now offering bespoke 5 & 7 day retreats for mums and babies of 12 months or older to help mums relax and get back in touch with their bodies. There’ll be tailored fitness sessions (including buggy workouts, naturally), pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises to help repair your tummies and build core strength, resistance training using various pieces of equipment (including your delightful baby) and a focus on nutrition. Dates at first will be according to demand, and retreats will take place in various locations within an hour from London, including Osea Island.

    • Thanks Kirsty very much. It feels GOOD doesn’t it? The Queen Mother says I get rid of too many things but I disagree – I feel lighter with each bin bag I take to charity & with each box sorted & sealed.

    how did they get that baby to lift her arms like that? when i went to baby yoga my son was more likely to be crawling in the opposite direction!
